This website is operated by TradeQuip SA (“we”, “us”, “our”), an industrial and warehousing equipment supplier trading at tradequipsa.co.za, South Africa.
What personal information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including: your name, email address, phone number and company name when you submit our contact/quote request form; your name, email, billing and delivery address when you create an account or place an order; and payment details processed by our checkout system when you complete a purchase (we do not store full card details ourselves — these are handled by our payment provider).
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to quote requests and enquiries, process and fulfil orders, manage your account, provide customer support, and — only where you have opted in — send you updates about products and pricing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

If you place an order, we retain the order details for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. If you submit a contact form enquiry and do not become a customer, we retain that enquiry only as long as needed to respond to you.
