These Terms and Conditions govern your use of tradequipsa.co.za and any purchase you make through this website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and pricing
We make every effort to display accurate pricing and stock status. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and will contact you before proceeding.
3. Orders and payment
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received or, where agreed, once a purchase order has been accepted by us. For bulk or trade orders, a formal quote may be issued and agreed before the order is processed.
4. Delivery
We deliver nationwide across South Africa and into the wider SADC region. Delivery costs and lead times depend on the size, weight and destination of your order and will be confirmed with you before dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to pumps, tanks and powered equipment as described on the relevant product page. If a product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery so we can arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased through this site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under South African law.
